Kelly and Hayden hadn’t had a mother/daughter portrait session since Hayden was a little girl. I was honored when they reached out to me to have a portrait session. We met and planned locations and wardrobe to fit the style and look that they wanted.

I was so excited when their session date came. We walked the Pedestrian Bridge in Nashville, TN to get some images showcasing the beautiful city. We journeyed down to 1st street and found some amazing backdrops from the backs of the buildings that so many tourists frequent.
Although the weather was hot and windy, a chance of rain brought some cloud coverage that was welcomed. We braved through it all, beating out the rain by minutes…giving us all a great laugh and created beautiful portraits of mom and daughter as well as life long memories.

I love the whole process of each of my sessions. It brings me such joy to see what once was a first meeting to the completion and joy brought by seeing the final product!

Thank you to Emily Lombard and assistant Tabitha Kemp for the beautiful hair and make-up done for these beautiful ladies.
